Note: Powder form is best option and results for high Prostate Specific Antigen ( PSA ) number.

Suggested Regular Use: 3-5 capsules ( 1-2 heaping teaspoons powder with 4-8 ounces warm water ) twice daily between meals. For faster results, open capsules and pour contents into a cup of warm water ( do not mix with juice or smoothie ) , stir and drink immediately. Formula should be taken for at least 14-60 days.
